Welcome to Fantasy Streams ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

This Service is designed to analyze fantasy hockey data to assist with roster decisions. You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of your fantasy league provider.

3. Yahoo! Fantasy Sports API

This Service uses the Yahoo! Fantasy Sports API to retrieve league data. By using this Service, you authorize us to access your Yahoo! Fantasy Sports data on your behalf.

4. Automation Features

Some features of this Service, such as the "Scheduled Add/Drop Tool," allow you to schedule automated transactions to be executed on your behalf. By using these features, you explicitly grant the Service permission to perform add/drop transactions on your fantasy team at the dates and times you specify. You acknowledge that automation carries inherent risks (e.g., API downtime, timing conflicts) and that the Service is not liable for failed transactions or unintended roster moves.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. We are not responsible for any fantasy league outcomes resulting from the use of this Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers or owners of this Service be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide the Service. This includes:

  • Your Yahoo! Fantasy Sports profile information (GUID, Name).
  • League settings, rosters, matchups, and transaction history.
  • OAuth2 tokens required to maintain your authenticated session.

2. Data Storage

Your league data is cached in a secure database to improve performance and reduce API calls. Your OAuth2 access and refresh tokens are stored securely and encrypted where applicable.

3. Data Usage

We use your data solely to:

  • Display your league's dashboard and analytics.
  • Calculate optimal lineups and player projections.
  • Perform automated league updates to keep data fresh.
  • Execute authorized transactions (adds/drops) on your behalf if you use our automation tools.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your access tokens.

5. Your Rights (Data Deletion)

You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Since this Service accesses your Yahoo! data, you may revoke access at any time via your Yahoo Account Security Settings. To request a full deletion of your data from our servers, please contact the developer.

6. Third-Party Services

Data is retrieved via the Yahoo! Fantasy Sports API. Use of Yahoo! services is subject to Yahoo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
